Divine intervention: Ad Vivum

“I hope to never really understand why, but as we share stories over a glass of wine, whether it's ours or someone else's, the wine sort of morphs and evolves. It's an elixir that is magical,” Chris Phelps tells me.

Phelps was the founding winemaker at Dominos and now makes his own wine under Ad Vivum – but he never meant to be a winemaker, and never meant to have his own label. Fate seemed to nudge him at every turn in the road. I spoke to him about his journey – and its relationship with his faith.
