Anything but ordinary: Clos Manou

Up in the northern reaches of the Médoc, in a region dominated by historic châteaux and extensive winemaking ancestry, Stéphane and Françoise Dief set about creating their own estate. Clos Manou is far from fancy, but this modest set-up, focused on high-density, old-vine parcels is turning more than a few heads. I sat down with Stéphane to find out more.
